JURISDICTION
11.1 These Terms and the use of our website are governed by international laws. All claims or disputes arising out of the breach of these Terms or the use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the international community, but we reserve the right to bring proceedings in the courts based on the country of your residence or any other relevant country.

12.1 MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN TATUP INTERNATIONAL SERVICES LIMITED, WITH REGISTRATION NUMBER: RC 1543741 HAVING HER PRINCIPAL PLACE OF OPERATION AND OFFICE AT NUMBER 41 ERIC MOORE STREET WEMABOD ESTATE IKEJA LAGOS STATE NIGERIA (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE PRINCIPAL PARTNER) AND EVERY INDIVIDUAL, AND OR ON BEHALF OF AN INFANT OR GROUP CITIZEN WHO HAVE AGREED ON THIS MOU AND SUBMITED THE REGISTRATION FORM GLOBALLY, (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE PIONEER PARTNER)
THIS AGREEMENT WITNESS AS FOLLOWS: -
12.2 Detailed requirement for application: 12.3 You must not be a robot, the infant below 18 years and the basic from 18 years up, who has a personal valid email address and phone number, can also be used for the infant registrations. 12.4 Must own a good Android, iPad phone or a laptop to be use majorly for this business. 12.5 That the applicant accepts a tenth-year partnership, dividends, and the retirement offers of the community, as structured by the principal partner. 12.6 The applicant upon the agreement, registered and submit the duly filled registration form to the database of the principal partner. 12.7 The applicant automatically become a pioneer partner upon the purchasing a 1 unit of the TrisoNet asset (Gkwth) at the rate fixed by the principal partner per time. THE PRINCIPAL PARTNER OBLIGATIONS 13.1 The principal partner, upon the pioneer partner’s activation on the platform, provides a suitable database and a flexible dashboard based on the activities within the business between both parties. 13.2 The principal partner, continuously mentored to impart the business methods and the benefit plans to the pioneer partner for productive results. 13.3 In the community, the principal partner closes each tournament and award all the prize winners upon the completion of 3,000,000 citizens respectively. 13.4 The principal partner is 100% responsible for all fixed timings for benefits or dividend in favor of the pioneer partner in the community.
THE PIONEER PARTNER OBLIGATIONS
14.1 That the pioneer partner, accepts to choose between the 6 months community population of 6 sales in 6 weeks method, or takes the full responsibilities of the delayed duration of the tournament, as set by the principal partner. 14.2 The pioneer partner agrees with the mandatory selling of a minimum of 6 units of the TrisoNet asset to 6 different persons within the first 6 weeks of citizenship, by a way of registering, and activating their accounts. 14.3 That the pioneer partner, mentors his or her customers to also make their 6 units sales within their 6 weeks citizenships, as set by the principal partner. 14.4 That the pioneer partner, attends, likes, subscribes, share and also encouraged all existing and intending citizens to always be in attendance, subscribe to, likes and share all our social media live presentations and programs. 14.5 The pioneer partner agrees with the 6 months in 3 years, and 12 months in 7 years investments of Gkwth, and the currencies dividend plan of the community, as structured by the principal partner.
FINANCIAL SUPPORT (LOAN) THROUGH TRISONET DIGITAL ASSET AND ITS VALUES
15. 1 The applicant citizen must have been an active and relevant citizen for three months, with the records of attending, subscribes, follows, likes, sharing and comments on at least 75% of TrisoNet social media live summits and programs within the period of application and beyond. 15. 2 The applicant citizen must have populated the community with a minimum of twelve (12) active citizens within the past three (3) months. 15. 3 The applicant citizen must not be a robot or has a direct or indirect duplicated accounts. 15. 4 The disqualified applicant is responsible for rectification of any issue of concern, and reapply after sixty (60) working days of disqualification. 15. 5 The beneficiary citizen accepts the pay-back policy of using the personal generated digital assets to pay back with a reduced value rate as sets by the principal partner. 15. 6 The beneficiary citizen cannot withdraw the value of his or her accumulated digital asset until the loan is fully offset. 15. 7 The beneficiary citizen will not enjoy any official appreciated asset value whatsoever until the loan is fully offset. 15. 8 The beneficiary citizen must not opt-out during the loan period.
VIOLATIONS, OPT-OUT, PENALTIES, AND SETTLEMENTS
